SpyBoat

Stealth boat gathers intelligence while avoiding obstacles on river. Boat moves forward with river flow and engine off. Sideways motion uses no fuel (rudder is battery-powered), but activating engine to motor fast forward uses fuel. Encounter a variety of obstacles, and also milestones which mark the boundary between zones with different features.
